Every engagement with a client is different, but there are three core phases of the process:
Phase 1 | Groundwork or Discovery
During this phase we seek to understand your business competencies, your people and the social, economic and technical context of your challenges.
Simply put we figure out what you have and what you really want.
Phase 2 | Proposal
During this phase we will collaboratively create a design strategy for your business. Clear integrative planning based on a solid strategic foundation, creativity and analytics taking into account your budget and any other constraints. We will also prioritise the activities needed to be undertaken.

Phase 3 | Implementation
During this phase we will work with you to implement each of the activities agreed on.
